Upgrade Leakproof Design Lid design prevents dust and odor. Ventilation holes in the lid can be closed to seal the food or opened to vent air. Built in silicone seal ring ensures a tight seal and odor control. Multifunctional Yogurt strainer can be used to make yogurt, cheese and sauces. It can also filter nut milks, juice and additional yogurt. It can be used as a tea filter. When the strainer is removed, it doubles as a fruit carrying box. Large capacity of 1100 ml lets you handle a substantial batch. How to Use Four steps: 1) Pour yogurt 2) Refrigerate for 48 hours 3) Remove and serve 4) Strain whey to serve. The unit dries and drains in refrigeration; 48 hours allows automatic separation. Filtration time affects thickness; for thicker yogurt, refrigerate longer than 48 hours. Use scenarios - Make smooth yogurt, soft cheese or yogurt based sauces with controlled texture. - Filter almond or cashew milk, or strain juice and extra yogurt for a cleaner drink. - Use as a tea filter or, after removing the strainer, as a portable fruit carrying box.
