Slicer - Press thumb-lever to disengage screw regulator, and pull handle and shaft out completely - Unscrew handle from shaft, turn handle out, then fit threaded hole to end of shaft, hold shaft still with over hand, and turn handle clockwise until tight - To attach the tool to any flat, smooth surface, hold the base with one hand and swing suction clamp lever towards the handle with the other hand.
