High-performance shielding fabric made from 20% copper + nickel and 80% polyester. Shielding rating from 10 MHz to 5 GHz; surface resistance 0.03–0.05 Ohm/sq; shielding effectiveness 80–100 dB; operating temperature -4 C to 85 C; thickness 0.08 mm. Fabric sheet width 43 in. Key benefits - Highly electrically conductive with RF/EMI/EMF/LF blocking, plus strong earthing/grounding capability and anti-static/ESD performance. - Effective shielding across a broad frequency range, helping to reduce radiation from common devices and environments. - Versatile, durable fabric suitable for integration into various items to shield and suppress RF leakage and static buildup. 2-3 practical use scenarios - Create RFID blocking pouches or inserts for wallets and bags to protect credit card data and reduce signal access from nearby readers. - Use as a lining or cover for bags, curtains, tents, or as an e-textile layer to shield rooms or equipment from RF, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, and other signals; also suitable for shielding curtains or EMP/EMI reduction applications. - Apply as a highly conductive layer for anti-static cloth, wireless meter shielding, or grounding fabrics in electronics projects and protective gear.
