Whether it's spit roast or chicken, it always happens that your skewered food is not skewered in the middle and is therefore unbalanced. Solution I This means that the electric skewer is spinning rarely and therefore the roast is toasted unevenly. With this skewer counterweight you can counteract that and let the spit spin evenly.
