For those who are unfamiliar with neoprene altogether, this material is traditionally used to create scuba diving and surfing wetsuits or laptop slip covers. This particular neoprene fabric feels very spongy and its weight makes it perfect for making fashion garments. We picture this fabric making tops, jackets, skirts and dresses that are either figure hugging, or hold a formed shape away from the body. This polyester and spandex blended neoprene contains a fantastic 4 way stretch and is completely opaque. The thickness of this neoprene is between 1mm and 2mm thick (each colour can differ slightly in thickness). The Minerva Neoprene Stretch Knit is a versatile fabric that is perfect for crafters. It is made of neoprene material, which provides stretch and flexibility. The fabric is branded as Minerva and has a plain pattern. It has a medium weight, making it suitable for a variety of projects. The fabric is approximately 145cm wide, giving crafters plenty of material to work with. It is composed of 92% polyester and 8% spandex, ensuring durability and comfort. The soft white color adds a touch of elegance to any project. The fabric is recommended to be washed at 40 degrees for optimal care. With a weight of 300 gsm, this fabric is sturdy and reliable for crafting purposes.
