Introduction: Single Cong tea is a semi fermented oolong tea between the full fermented black tea and the non fermented green tea. It embodies the most elaborate process of making oolong tea. The tea of single Cong tea has both the fragrance of green tea and the strong taste of black tea. It is a Luzhou flavor tea with flower fragrance, honey aroma, fruit aroma and tea aroma. Fenghuang single Cong tea has the effects of refreshing, thinking, promoting fluid and quench thirst, eliminating stagnation and eliminating fatigue, reducing weight and Cosmetology, preventing cancer, anti-aging and lowering blood fat. Brewing Guide: Brew it in a gaiwan or in a Yixing teapot. Preheat vessel and cups with near boiling water (85-95C or 185-200F). Fill 1/3 to 1/2 of the volume with tea and add water and push off the bubbles with the lid as you cover and pour out this wash. Add more water, cover and infuse for 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on taste. Pour tea into preheated cups and serve. Infusion can be repeated four or more times, increasing the infusion time as necessary.
