Material and construction Inner core: Graphite paper. Flexible Pressure Graphite Packing. Primary materials: Mainly reinforced graphite wires composed with metal wires (steel, copper, nickel), carbon fiber, preoxidized wire, glass yarn, and other reinforced graphite wires. Key benefits and performance Strong chemical stability with long service life. Chemically inert across the full 014 pH range. Suitable for services with surface speeds and temperatures higher than those tolerated by PTFE packing. Very low friction coefficient, contributing to reduced wear and longer equipment life. Rust and wear resistance for reliable operation in demanding conditions. Does not react with many chemicals at room temperature and remains stable in harsh chemical environments. Versatile for bearings, seals, and related applications requiring durable sealing solutions. Applications and use scenarios Scenario 1: Sealing in chemical processing pumps and rotating equipment that operate at speeds and elevated temperatures with aggressive media. Scenario 2: Valve and seal packing in refinery or chemical plant applications where PTFE packing is inadequate due to higher demands on speed and temperature. Scenario 3: Bearings and mechanical seals in systems exposed to corrosive environments, where low friction and longterm stability are essential.
