If the initial shaping is unsatisfactory due to incorrect water temperature or soaking time, the tray can be reformed by immersing in hot water at 80–90°C, a feature not commonly found in other products. Instructions for Use: 1. Practice wearing the trays: Place the tray on your upper gums and use suction to remove air between the tray and gums, ensuring full coverage over the teeth. Repeat for the lower tray. 2. Soften the dental tray: Pour water at 80–90°C into a flat-bottomed container. The water level should fully submerge the tray while keeping the handle above the surface. Soak the tray for 5–7 seconds and remove. Note: The tray becomes very soft quickly; do not over-soak. It should appear slightly elongated and pliable when removed. 3. Form the tray: Immediately place the softened tray over your gums using the suction method described in step 1. Press firmly with fingers to conform the material to the teeth, and use your tongue to adjust the inner surface. Note: Work quickly and avoid biting down hard. The tray may be warm but will not cause injury. 4. Trim the tray: After holding in place for 10–15 seconds, remove and rinse under water. Trim excess material along the gum line (indicated by the embossed line on the tray), then cut off the handle. Care Instructions: 1. Avoid smoking to prevent surface discoloration. 2. Rinse mouth after eating to remove bacteria and staining agents. 3. Brush teeth at least twice daily, in the morning and evening. 4. Ensure proper fit of the tray to prevent food debris accumulation between teeth. 5. Maintain regular oral hygiene and perform thorough cleaning of the trays.
