Specifically designed for close clearance dryer transition duct applications, this periscope effectively resolves overlapping or closely situated dryer and wall outlets. It ensures optimal airflow with a smooth interior that minimizes air friction. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, this periscope features a rigid 2-inch x 6-inch build. Its telescopic sections adjust from 0 inch to 5 inches, providing flexible installation options. The sections are fixed and not reversible for added durability and ease of use. The periscope includes a 4-inch male crimped rotating snap-lock collar for secure connection to the wall outlet, and a 4-inch female draw band rotating collar that snugly fits over the dryer outlet, ensuring a tight and efficient vent connection. Compliant with all clothes dryer manufacturer specifications, this periscope vent avoids the use of easily crushable plastic or metal foil vents.
