Ekos Boiler Descaler is an ideal product for the descaling of kettles, manual and automatic espresso and pod machines. Thanks to its liquid form it acts quickly without leaving residues. This product used periodically removes limescale ensuring the life and optimal functioning of the appliances. Free of phosphoric acid, respects the environment. It is recommended that for coffee makers: 1. Pour 125 ml of product into the tank (half the bottle) and fill with water until a final liter of solution is obtained.2. Turn on the machine and dispense two cups of water from the hot water/steam wand. 3. Switch off the machine and let the descaler work for about 20 minutes. 4. Turn on the machine and repeat points 2 and 3 until the water tank is empty. 5. Once these operations have been completed, wash the tank thoroughly under running water, fill it again with water only. 6. Rinse the circuits of the appliance by dispensing about 2 liters of water through the hot water/steam wand and about 2 liters from the coffee spout. 7. Repeat the operation periodically (1-2 times a month) or when difficulties occur in the passage of water. Furthermore, for kettles: 1. Pour 125 ml of product (half the bottle) into the kettle tank, leave to act for about 5 minutes, and top up with water up to about 1 final liter of solution 2. Leave the solution to act for about 20 minutes 3. Empty the kettle and rinse it thoroughly. Store in a cool, dry place.
