Ingredients Silicone Suggested Use For best results, attach the compact to a hard surface at eye level using the included suction cup. Warm the Liner.Designer tool by rubbing it between your hands for 10-15 seconds. Use the pointed corner of the tool to guide your eyeliner application along the outer edge of your eye. For dramatic winged liner, align the straight edge to elongate your line. For subtler looks like a cat eye, use the shorter curved edge to create a straighter wing. Utilize the larger curved edge to line the bottom of your eyes smoothly and symmetrically.
