Sotya Valerian Extract is recommended in cases of excitability, insomnia, nervous tics or seizures, headaches, neuralgia, neurasthenia, epilepsy, premenstrual symptoms, intestinal and uterine spasms, and menopause. From the valerian plant the root is used. Thanks to the joint action of all its compounds, it is used to calm the nerves, tachycardias, insomnia and migraines. It acts as a sedative of the central nervous system, anticonvulsant and inducer of sleep. The alcoholic extract also acts against stomach pains. It is recommended to take 1 ml three times a day, alone or diluted in water. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Keep in a cool, dry place.
