Range 50°C to 300°C (58°F to 572°F) with a resolution of 0.1°C/°F and an accuracy of ±1°C/°F. 2.EXTRA LONG PROBE The ultrathin 14.5mm probe is made of high quality food grade stainless steel, which ensures a sufficient distance between the finger and the measurement sample and minimizes the space required to pierce food, can be easily inserted into large grilled meat without burning your fingers. 3.Easy to Store There are hanging holes on the handle of the kitchen thermometer, you can hang it anywhere for easy storage. The probe is equipped with a protective cover that can be covered after each use, not only to prevent dust, but also to protect the probe. 4.Hold Calibration The hold function can lock the indicator when the probe is removed. Simply press the 'Hold' button, you can quickly lock the temperature, fix the value for a moment, easy to see.
