It helps by inhibiting the growth of harmful flora responsible for infections and the discomfort they cause. Probio Fem is an effective formula to improve the health of the vulva. It contains two specially selected bacterial strains: Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum. These strains are normally present in the vulva. Lactobacilli compete with other bacteria for nutrients, growth space and adhesion sites on the epithelium, thus making pathogens (harmful microorganisms) less likely to proliferate. It is recommended to insert one capsule before going to bed. Preferably, do this while lying on your back. Make sure that the area around the vulva is clean before inserting the capsule deep into the vulva with clean hands. To make insertion easier, the capsule can be slightly moistened beforehand.
