Description

The OPA855 is a wideband, low-noise operational amplifier with bipolar inputs for wideband transimpedance and voltage amplifier applications. When the device is configured as a transimpedance amplifier (), the 8-GHz gain-bandwidth product (GBWP) enables high closed-loop bandwidth with transimpedance gains as high as tens of kiloohms. Bandwidth and noise performance of the amplifier as a function of photodiode capacitance when the OPA855 is configured as a . The bandwidth in which total noise is calculated is from dc to frequency (f ) calculated on the left . The OPA855 package has a feedback pin () that simplifies the connection of the feedback network between the input and output. 1. Basic situation of the module 2.
