Discreet Two-Stage Heel Elevators

These heel lifts offer a two-stage elevation solution: two independent 5 mm layers made from resilient medical-grade silicone gel, each wrapped in a soft, absorbent fabric layer. A removable clear plastic film covers the adhesive base of each layer, preserving tack until application. Intended exclusively for the heel cup — not full-foot coverage — they deliver silent, invisible height adjustment without altering shoe fit or aesthetics. Size options are defined by heel width: Large fits broader heels (common in men’s shoes and many women’s boots), while Small suits narrow heels (e.g., women’s sneakers, oxfords, or heels). Selection must be guided by measuring the shoe’s internal heel width rather than foot length. The silicone material is resistant to deformation, odour-resistant, and fully washable — maintaining adhesive strength and cushioning performance after repeated cleaning. Their purpose is twofold: reducing mechanical stress on the heel and Achilles region for those managing tendonitis or fasciitis, and enabling balanced posture correction for mild leg length discrepancies.
