Automatic USB Printer Sharing Switch

This compact 2-in-1 USB switcher (65 x 40 x 17 mm) enables two computers to share a single USB printer — or other compatible peripherals like scanners, USB drives, card readers and copiers — without cable swapping. It features one USB-A female port for host connection and two square-port USB interfaces for dual-computer input. Fully bus-powered: no external power supply needed. Works across Windows, macOS and Linux without additional drivers. Real-time status indication via tri-colour LED: green = printer assigned and ready, yellow = assigned to the other computer, red = data transfer active or software conflict requiring confirmation. Switching is achieved via three built-in methods: tactile panel button (instant one-touch), keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S), or right-click context menu via lightweight software. For best signal integrity, use high-quality USB cables and ensure total cable length stays under 5 metres — for Pratt & Whitney printers, keep within 3 metres as recommended.
