Primary features Model: QS1212CCBD80W, designed for power LED power supply, touch battery charging, automotive power supply and car charger uses. Versatile compatibility: suitable for leadacid batteries, lithium batteries, solar batteries and general buckboost power supply tasks. Airfoil cooling: enhanced cooling design increases allowable output power. With a 28V input and additional fan cooling, the module can deliver about 120W. efficiency: conversion efficiency up to 90.5% (see datasheet efficiency curve for details). quality inductor: large Sendust core inductor wound with two parallel 1.2 mm enameled copper wires for lower loss, lower heat and improved efficiency. Precise adjustment: branded 3296W multiturn potentiometer provides precision and low drift for accurate output control. Stable constantcurrent capability: independent reference IC and multiple alloy sampling resistors provide stable constantcurrent output with minimal temperature drift. Adjustable undervoltage protection: configurable undervoltage cutoff protects batteries and allows safe operation with solarcharged systems. Overtemperature protection: thermal protection reduces output power gradually when components overheat (powerdown protection mode) and automatically restores normal output as temperature falls — avoids abrupt shutdowns that could harm batteries or LEDs. Shortcircuit protection: builtin output shortcircuit protection eliminates the risk common to boost modules that lack this safeguard. Performance and reliability highlights Designed for continuous power use with improved heat dissipation and quality magnetic components. Precision control and stable constantcurrent operation make the module suitable for sensitive charging and LED drive applications.
